Safety At Workplace

• The most important concept to remember is that you are responsible for your own safety and the safety of others. Most safety practices are common sense. Unfortunately, they can be forgotten or overlooked unless you make safe practices a habit or an instinct.

• By doing things right, you and your co-workers will commit yourselves to safety on the job and everyone will benefit. Accidents occur in many ways but most often can be traced back to one of two basic factors: ignorance or carelessness. You must always be concerned with your own safety and with the safety of others around you.

• Safety in the workplace results in fewer accidents, which results in fewer costs for worker’s compensation, less down time for employees, and less retraining time for workers otherwise needed to replace an injured worker. Avoiding damage to equipment will result in fewer repair costs. Worker performance is improved when workers know how to prevent injuries and have confidence in management's active role in protecting their safety.

• Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) must be available to anyone who comes in contact with a potential work safety hazard. This can include hard hats, protective eyewear, earplugs, shoes, gloves and clothing. Even an office worker who delivers a message to a work area near a potential safety hazard must put on the appropriate PPE.

Hey guys,
Today I want share about my experience in 3rd semester in the collage.

 It's been a while since last year, I have not make an update on my blog and suddenly on this semester I have to add some of my experience to complete my assessment on my 3rd semester. On this semester I have learned new things such as motor control, supervisor skill, and on my english class i have learned about how to do my own resume and interview so that i have a basic knowledge if i had to do an interview for work. It's been a hard time to learning new things on the first time but as time flies it's getting better and easier for me. That's all i have learned and experience.

Activity this Semester

Hi peeps,

Today I want to share about my activity week.This semester i don't have any activity like the one i posted before because this Sem we don't have any activity but our principle did invited fire fighters to give us speech about it and I will share some photo to you guys .

Here we have some of the fire fighter give us advise on how to use, what type is it and where to use these fire extinguisher

Then we have we have the demonstration about how to eliminate the fire using the fire extinguisher.

Reflection

Hello, this topic is about my experience in my first semester in college.

My first time coming to IKMKL to register for my college it's feel awkward because i didn't knew anyone there. After that, hearing the principal giving some speech, well for me it's annoying but it's a good advice tho. Well i meet new friends and dorm we all are about to share it's a new experience for me. It's very exciting and fun to be able to meet them and talk about themselves, what they like, what they feel when they got admitted to IKMKL, some of them felt it's a good opportunity to gain new experience and to explore new places they never get the chance to go, while the others hate it because they choose other places but they got it at KL, but it work out in the end.
Well that's all that matters to me, i hope you enjoy reading what i experienced and my feelings on this.
